What is the irony of life according to you?

Making memories is so underrated. I could make memories with the person I fight with, but at the same time, miss him/her when the time comes to go away.

Jo hai sama, kal ho na ho!

The biggest irony of life is that we fight with the ones we love. We think we have a hell lot of time in life.

I’m wondering about attachment and transference with the therapist and the idea of escape and fantasy? How much do you think your strong feelings, constant thoughts, desires to be with your therapist are a way to escape from your present life? I wonder if the transference serves another purpose than to show us our wounds and/or past experiences, but is a present coping strategy for managing what we don’t want to face (even if unconsciously) in the present—-current relationships, life circumstances, etc. Can anyone relate to this concept of escape in relation to their therapy relationship? How does this play out for you?

Until one day, it's time to start a new phase and you feel too attached to leave the previous one.

She has a younger sister and is very attached to her and her mother at her home.

A girl in our neighborhood had started to prepare for a competitive examand she got selected in a good college for her Masters.

Why do trans people get so deeply offended when a stranger misgenders them, especially when it's a first encounter? I've been socially transitioned for 4 years and it just feels like a waste of energy to be so hurt by it.

No one can ever stay forever with you, but those precious moments gained together, makes the living worth, isn't it?

And i can say, her sister might be feeling the same.

She used to be so frustrated by the fights she has with her sister, until the other day she told me, "The year passed by so quickly. And now I'll have to leave this home. In the process, I didn't find enough time to spend with her and I'd miss how my sister used to fight with me."

I smiled at her, because she was the only one who some months back had exclaimed about how she was so done with her younger sister.
